Waterfalls of Cold creek - Slovakia

Studenovodske waterfalls are formed by the Velky Studeny stream with Maly Studeny stream.
In the area from Kamzik glade in the close vicinity of Rainer's cottage in the Velka Studena valley to the slope under Bilik's cottage, the Studeny stream runs through a significant disruptions in the terrain, and creates various cascades which are mainly attractive when the water level is high. Here, in the direction of the flow, there is a complex of smaller and larger waterfalls called Studenovodske waterfalls.
In the place where the stream starts to run under the name of Studeny stream, there is the Maly Waterfall (1276 a.s.l.), which flows through a difference of 18m in altitude. Under this, the 5m high Skryty Waterfall falls and lower, there is the Velky Waterfall with its highest cascade of 13m. The final one is Dlhy Waterfall which ends at an altitude of 1153 a.s.l. Studenovodske Waterfalls are very attractive to tourists, who can approach them via walking paths from three directions.
The best access is from Hrebienok following green or red signs, passing Bilik's cottage. The route takes approximately 20 minutes.
