  - Feb 4, 2008 and Aug 4, 2008: from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
  -Jun 4-5, 2008
  - Dec 10, 2008: the whole day
  - every 1st Monday in the month these sections will be closed because of floors sanitation as follows: from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
  2. Medical Spa Gallery:
  - Feb 9-10, 2008
  - Aug 10, 2008: from 14:00 to 21:00 hours.
• Sanitary days in Zámecké Lázne in the year 2008 (in these days the sections will be completely closed):

• All healing procedures are provided by Balneo-rehabilitation centre of Zámecké lázně (for staying guests of Carlsbad Plaza hotel), Medical Spa Gallery a Wellnessland Alt Carlsbad.
• Healing procedures are available daily: 07:30 - 19:30
• At the arrival it is necessary to present yourself with a valid credit card at the reception desk. Those who will not do so may not be accommodated in the hotel.

All the prescribed procedures are recorded in the Card of Procedures which contains also the exact timetable
Extra procedures which are not included in the prepaid procedures can be purchased right on the spot.
When necessary we can provide the transfer from bus or train station, or from the airport. (extra charge)
Transfer is necessary to be booked in advance while booking the stay.
Local fee is not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival.
