Room was fine, treatments fine, staff fine, facilities fine Jürgen T., - Frantiskovy Lazne, Hotel Isis ***, Stay: Slimming Stay, 03.09.2007 (Translation)I arrived on 27.08. at 10 o´clock, to check in between 9 and 11 o´clock. At the reception desk they said, that it is possible to check in only after 1 PM. Because the medical examination (with completing the spa-pass) only on next day happened, the first day was lost. My mention to the written information from the agency was answered with the sentence: "What ever are those agencies writing...!" It was not taken care about the special dietary boarding. After having asked the matron I got to know, that in buffet I had to let them make smaller portions, what was for the staff not always understandable.
