It is possible to reclaim: - the noisy scenery during meals, however it is caused by the guests themselves; - during the drinking cure there were often times too many people at the water, who filled bottles with that water and thus they did not need to buy mineral water. No check by the staff, in spite that it was drawn their attention to that right on the spot. - The work of the physicians can be highly complimented, they after appearing of a disease meaningful changed the plan of treatments and they also secured medicaments. Informations for the guest were almost none, e.g. about the hotel, place, trips, and other. In hotel or outside there were neither relaxation zones nor landings.
