The whole complex of healing procedures is available in Balneotherapy departments in Nové Lázně, Centrální Lázně, Pacifik, Hvězda-Skalník, Butterfly a Vltava-Berounka hotels.
Balneotherapy opening hours (informatively): - Monday-Friday: 07:00 - 20:00 (in the afternoon it is possible to buy extra procedures) - Saturday: 07:00 - 18:00 -Sundays and public holidays: 07:00 - 18:00 (in some Balneothrapy departments procedures are not available during Sundays and public holidays)
Sauna and Whirlpool can be used after consultation with a doctor.
All the prescribed procedures are recorded in the Card of Procedures which contains also the exact timetable We recommend ordering extra procedures which are not included in prepaid procedures in advance in our travel agency when booking the stay. When necessary we can provide the transfer from bus or train station, or from the airport. Transfer is necessary to be booked in advance while booking the stay. Local fee is not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival. Height of local tax per person per day: 1 eur

Our paperwork told us that english was spoken but we found the opposite to be true. We struggled to communicate our needs. Wether we were in the dining room or receiving treatments no one could converse with us. We used hand gestures and a few english/german words. This was a disappoinment to us. Also, we didn't have a set table in the dining room and each meal we were at a different table and one time we ate with another couple (who we didn't know). We also had trouble getting our spa treatments scheduled. We were told in the paperwork that we would be given that upon arrival. When we arrived they didn't have the info and no one spoke enough english to help. We managed to understand that we were to come back the next morning at 9. When we came back it still wasn't availabe and we had to come back at 10. We finally got our schedule. We were not able to make any changes on the times or pay for additional treatments. No availability we were told.
The treatments were much different than we expected or received in other places.
The best thing about our stay was the hotel. Our room was fantastic. We had a nice view, large room and very comfortable surroundings. That was the highlight of our trip. In your promotional materials, I would make sure your english speaking patrons realize it will be difficult to communicate and english is not spoken fluently. The front desk personnel, dining room servers, and spa assistants all had trouble communicating with us.
We realize these issues are all part of the traveling experience and make life interesting.
