The surroundings and the quitenes was very nice. Lack of information concerning óther treatments and schedules both from the bureau and the hotel. You as a bureau schould send more info about other treatments and how to order them in advance. The hotel needs to know more about the treatment schedule - at least be able to give informations about the diferent things - maybe a list from the wellness center. They did not know anything about aerobic classes - schedule. You need to plan to get as much out of the stay as possible. Some things you need to order in advance to make sure there is time for yoy in the wellness center. More food concerning wellness o that you have af choice.

The staff in the spa should be more serviceminded and speak better english.

Thank you for arranging a lovely weekend break. The only slight problems were: We were not provided with a balcony first until I pointed out that this was part of the package. We were changed immediately to a room with a balcony. The first night, we were awoken by drilling underneath our room and had to press to be changed to another room. However, staff were polite regarding this.

However, we had a very nice weekend at the Danubius Thermal Spa Hotel on Margaret Island, Budapest. The facilities were very good and the package excellent.
