The only objection we had is to Golf reception. As we had reserved tee time 2 weeks before, we were surprised that we couldn´t play at the arranged time, because there was a tournament taking place. We were shifted to 3pm, and it was impossible to play 18 holes in daylight. It really made me very angry. How could they reserve tee time for two people when there was a tournament held and they must have known about it before? However, the overall impression was very good and we are planning to come again once more this summer.

There was nobody at the reception in the dining room: as a result you had to pay 4.320,- HUF for 2 litres of Hungarian mineral water, probably Ital S Vacsara... There was no porter in the 5-star hotel... The whole evening and the whole night, there were dishes on the floor in the corridor because one of the guests wanted to have meals in the room... And the massages were really terrible. The fat lady used only one hand and at the same time she used the other one for cleaning her nose and fixing her hair... Her colleague masseur ´attact´ my friend so much that his arm still hurts. However, we have no objections to other things. Everything offered by your travel agency was exactly at the stated time and ok - in spite of the short time. Unfortunately, the management of the hotel in Bük still had old-communist manners.
