All the procedures are provided by Curative centre and Wellnes centre right in the hotel.
Procedures are provided as follows: - Wellness centre: Monday - Sunday: 06:00 - 19:00 - Curative centre: Monday - Saturday: 07:00 - 18:00, Sunday: 07:00 - 12:00 Procedures are not provided during public holidays: 01.01., 15.03., 01.05., 20.08., 23.10., 25/26.12., Easter and Whit Sunday.
All the prescribed procedures are recorded in the Card of Procedures which contains also the exact timetable Extra procedures which are not included in the prepaid procedures can be purchased right on the spot. Local fee is not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival. Height of local tax per person per day: 1.50 eur

I only didn´t like the fact that the water in the swimming pool was too cold. The stated temperature was 24 degrees, but in fact, it was only 20. I cannot evaluate the procedures because I didn´t take any. I would be interested to know if it is possible to order together with the stay a package of procedures which doesn´t have to be prescribed by a doctor. As far as the services of your agency is concerned, I was very satisfied and I think that I will use them sometimes in the future again. Best regards.
