Silvia V., - Heviz, Hotel Palota Heviz ****, Stay: Palota Holiday, 28.07.2007 (Translation) Positives: a) solid and suitable hotel (pool, sauna, whirlpool) and suite (kitchenette) facilities b) extremely willing and polite staff in restaurant, at the reception desk and on massage c) excellent food (possibility to have buffet tables also for dinner), even if it should be possible to vary it more for breakfast d) appropriate combined relax package - it is not possible to catch more if you want to relax (plus very bargain price), very enjoyable was the massage. Negatives: a) shock after arrival, during high summer heat - there did not function the air-condition in room nor in restaurant, besides we checked this, I think they had to call our attention of this situation, which appeared unexpected, after arrival, at the hotel reception desk, eventually to place ventilators after request and also they had to inform us, when is the air-condition repaired, we heard this information only next day in the morning, as we complained at the reception desk b) it should be appropriate to place answer sheets into the rooms, where also other guests could express, how satisfied they are with the stay in hotel c) the cleaning staff was probably overloaded, they did not catch the work and during the whole stay, 7 nights, there was not dusted in rooms. The general impression: positive.
