The staff was nice but a little bit reserved. We were quite disappointed with the sauna. Very noisy and unhygienic. People were sitting on the wood without towels and sweat was dripping freely on the wood. There was also a lot of noise because of the boys jumping in the pool and so it was impossible to relax. And so our main interest - sauna - was a disappointment. But apart from this, everything was ok. The food was varied and delicious, and having cosmetics procedures was very relaxing - the staff was really friendly. On the other hand, the people giving massages weren´t so nice. However, generally we can say that we had a nice time. Unfortunately, the only thing we were most looking forward to - sauna - was a disappointment and because of this we are not planning to come back to this hotel in the future. | |
