The Old Czech cuisine is hearty, it uses a lot of pork inclusive sausage, but also beef, canard, rabbit, game in shifty arrangement. Interesting are meals prepared using beer. Often are prepared sauces, the characteristic side dishes are different kinds of dumplings.
There are some kinds of goulashes, goulash and tripe soups, marinated beef sirloin, Moravian sparrow with dumpling, stew-cabbage with fried onion, roasted dug with potato-dumpling, pork-steak with potato-salad prepared in the Czech cuisine. In the Czech cuisine should not miss the most famous and most favourite Czech meal "roast pork with dumplings and cabbage", prepared in many variants.
