 Italian cuisine

The common character of the Italian cuisine is a lot of noodles and different anti-pastes, sea-fishes and crayfishes. On the north slopes of Apennines, in region of Emilia Romagna, lard is largely used. Here is an increased production of veal, which plays an important role in the Italian cuisine. In Tuscan and in the south of Italy, olive oil is used.
From the Italian cuisine there are known different noodles. One admirer of them, Vincenzo Agnezi, even grounded in 1960 in Pontedassio the spaghetti museum with pictures, photos, poems and of course also with cookery-books and cook-recipes.
The most popular Italian food is pizza. This sweet cake with filling from meat, fish, vegetables, fruits or others is used to be prepared as fast-food on guest´s eyes in small restaurants.
