The weather was good and the services were also satisfying. The staff were very helpful, the meals were delicious and the procedures themselves also contributed to the feeling of satisfaction. The only thing we didn´t like was that the beds were not joint together and we didn´t want to make any changes in the room. But all in all we didn´t mind it so much. We wish you a lot of similar positive evaluations. It was 150.-SKK for a car. But there is no other possibility to park the car anywhere else only to use the paid parking space operated by an independent company. The parking is not included in the price of the stay and it had to be paid. I find it quite unfair as there is no other possibility for parking ... It would be fine if the info about the Hotel and services was available in the form of a leaflet also in Slovak language. The translation was available only in English, German and Czech. Although in the time of our stay we were the only Slovak people staying there, but at the reception desk we found out that this spa is visited also by many Slovaks. At 2 pm the room was ready and so there were no delays. Only one bathrobe was missing but we got it immediately with excuse that it was a little wet. The accommodation was very nice. What I didn´t like a little was that near our room there was an air-conditioning outlet or something and so we could always hear a monotonuous sound. We could move about the whole pool world complex freely. Bathing, whirlpools, counter-flow and massage water jets were perfect. Everything was clean and the staff were really nice. As we paid for the stay long in advance, we had an unlimited entry to sauna world. Otherwise it is possible only once a day, which is not very good I think, because sauna world is in service regardless of how many people there are and so it is not well used as every extra entry costs 200 SKK. What I personally like most was herbal and steam sauna and the whirlpool in the sauna. The meals were delicious, we purchased extra dinners for 300 SKK. There were also plentiful and delicious buffet style meals. The wine was a little bit too expensive, 0.2 l for 70 SKK but it was of a good quality. But on the whole, we were really very satisfied. If the hotel prices will not increase we are going to come back again. Sometimes we had a feeling that we were there alone in the hotel. We were pleseantly surprised with the staff, especially during procrdured. Everybody was really nice and helpful. Thank you. And after this positive experience we are planning to come back there again. The staff was nice but a little bit reserved. We were quite disappointed with the sauna. Very noisy and unhygienic. People were sitting on the wood without towels and sweat was dripping freely on the wood. There was also a lot of noise because of the boys jumping in the pool and so it was impossible to relax. And so our main interest - sauna - was a disappointment. But apart from this, everything was ok. The food was varied and delicious, and having cosmetics procedures was very relaxing - the staff was really friendly. On the other hand, the people giving massages weren´t so nice. However, generally we can say that we had a nice time. Unfortunately, the only thing we were most looking forward to - sauna - was a disappointment and because of this we are not planning to come back to this hotel in the future. I would appreciate non-smoking area in the whole hotel, nicer approach from the cafe and restaurant staff. References of services supplier: Dakujem za preposlane hodnotenie. Fajciarske priestory su len v kaviarni a v priestoroch recepcie. Vsetky dalsie priestory ako restauracia, rehabilitacia, wellness centrum, vsetky izby a apartmany, vsetky konferencne miestnosti su nefajciarske. Predpokladam, ze uvedenym hostom sa jednalo hlavne o kaviaren, ale tento minimalny priestor musime fajciarom ponechat. V pripade zaujmu si nefajciar moze ist sadnut do restauracie, ktora je nefajciarska. Okrem toho, samotna kaviaren je kvalitne odvetravana.

There had been built a new indoor pool and a relaxation centre. We recommend this place for those who haven´t been there for more than 2 years. We would like to say "thank you" also to Ms Grocka for processing of our order really promptly.
