 The price includes - accommodation minimal 6 nights - full board - breakfast: buffet tables - lunch: choice from 5 meals of daily offer - dinner: choice from 5 meals of daily offer Medical examinations: - initial medical examination, final medical examination, medical check-up, final medical report - If you arrive later and miss the initial medical examination on arrival day, you can take it on next day morning. If you arrive on Sunday to stay, you will undergo the initial medical examination on next workday morning. Upon request it is possible to have within examination: - initial medical examination of blood and urine - ECG - cardiologic consultant examination - ergometry - spirometric examination Treatment methods: 4 daily - 3 x daily drinking treatment (before breakfast, lunch and dinner) Procedures are provided: daily except for Sunday and holidays. The choice of therapeutic treatments determines the physician on base of initial examination and after agreement with the client. Free tickets/access included in the price: - during summer period: swimming in outdoor pool in the summer swimming-pool (full-day entry), 3 x for the vacation entry to tennis courts, 3 x for the vacation entry to the minigolf - during winter period: 30 min./daily swimming in the rehabilitation pool (according to instructions of employees), 4 x for the vacation free entry to the fitness in the hotel Ozón Extra services included in the price: - 1 x free entry to the "Šariš evening" - tasting of local specialities and drinks with live music (in case the Šariš evening will not be possible due to operational reasons, clients will be compensated with 1x Salt cave) - 1 x drink for free in the hotel café (according to offer) Prices valid for: number of persons 1, number of nights 6 (EUR)
