Besenova

Bešeňová is a small village situated in the cetre of the region Liptov, which is very attractive with regard to tourism, 10 km from the town Ružomberok and 20 m from the town Liptovský Mikuláš. It spreads in length of one kilometer along the longest Slovak river Váh. Bešeňová is known especially thanks to geothermal springs which achieve temperature almost 70°C. There is the Thermal Park Bešeňová with thermal pools, which has many whirlpools, massage jets, toboggans, saunas, restaurants and many other attractions.
