All wellness procedures are provided by Aquacentrum right in Kaskáda**** hotel.
It is possible to buy additional relaxation procedures and services right on the spot. It is advisable to book the procedures in our travel agency already while booking the stay. When necessary we can provide the transfer from bus or train station, or from the airport. (extra charge) Transfer is necessary to be booked in advance while booking the stay. Local fee is not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival. Height of local tax per person per day: 1 eur

In my opinion, a 4-star hotel, as it is presented, should look after it better. But as fas as the staff, food and procedures is concerned, we were highly satisfied.

However, the staff especially at the reception desk were very helpful. We had been before in Piestany and if I could compare the approach here, it was not very good. For example, when we had a booking for whirlpool bath or massages, and we were there on time, there were too many people waiting for it and we had to wait for a long time. In Piestany, when I wanted to help my mum into the buth tub, they told me that they would look after it because it is there duty. And finally, I personally like a lot of greenery around, but the surrounding of the hotel looked quite empty. I would personally appreciated nicer surrounding around the hotel. It looks as if they started work around the hotel, but they haven´t finished it. However, we can say that we were quite satisfied.

Sometimes there wasn´t hot water and this resulted in the problem with bath tubs and there was a little bit of chaos sometime. For example, sometimes it happened that there were too procedures scheduled for the same hour or two families were ordered for the same hour, but fortunately, we were lucky to get all the desired procedures. On the other hand, the massages were very good and the pool was OK. There should be somebody who would be responsible for ordering and managing the procedures. Obviously, during the year there are not so many guests at one time. If I could compare this with the situation in Máj Hotel, the procedures there were on higher level in spite of the fact that it doesn´t have so many stars.
