All wellness procedures are provided by Aquacentrum right in Kaskáda**** hotel.
It is possible to buy additional relaxation procedures and services right on the spot. It is advisable to book the procedures in our travel agency already while booking the stay. When necessary we can provide the transfer from bus or train station, or from the airport. (extra charge) Transfer is necessary to be booked in advance while booking the stay. Local fee is not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival. Height of local tax per person per day: 1 eur
František J., - Bojnice, Hotel Kaskáda ****, Stay: Wellness stay for 4 nights, 08.05.2008 (Translation) What we liked: we received an apartment even though we didn't ask for one, the calmness and pleasantness of the personnel, helpfulness of the dining room staff. What we didn't like: we had nowhere to put the keys from the changing room lockers during procedures, the key should be on a band so it could be attached to an arm or leg, it was quite cold in the procedure rooms, in the resting room we missed woollen blankets to cover us if we wanted to rest there, it was cold in the rooms and they weren't heated in the evening hours and we were cold, the staff told us that it's May, however they offered us an electric heater which we used in the evening, on the apartment terrace there could be something to sit on. Overall, we were very satisfied, please take our comments to help you to improve the comfort of the accommodation and procedures. Thank you very much, looking forward to future cooperation with you.
Peter T., - Bojnice, Hotel Kaskáda ****, Stay: Wellness stay for 4 nights, 24.03.2008 (Translation) We were satisfied with the accommodation which was above standard as the space is concerned, the meals were good although we would appreciate bigger choice (there were only two non-meat meals on the menu). The procedures were sufficient, the staff were nice and capable. The whole quite positive impression was spoilt only by limited space as the pool was concerned and not enough deckchairs. As there was access also for other people to come, not only for hotel guests, there was little space and quite a lot of noise (especially made by a lot of children), which wasn´t very relaxing. This made a little bit negative influence, but on the whole we liked our stay.
