Despite our request for a calm room we have been offered a room next to the air-conditioning system, which was quite unpleasant especially during the night - this room did not meet the criteria of a "welness stay"- We were not satisfied with the staff offering the procedures as they were always laughing and solving there own personal and job problems, which was quite annoying for the clients.
