I missed the information about the chemical composition of the springs as well as the info about the diseases they are suitable for. I wish the historical spa houses Vepor and Ďumbier were reconstructed into their original state, with modern facilities. I would really like to spend there a week or so. It looked more like a buffet and not buffet tables. During lunch and dinner, there wasn´t water or tea on the tables.The quality of food was good. Other presented services /hairdressing, manicure,.../were either not available or were on a low level. As it was a spa house where patients should renew their energy, the music in the evening was too loud, and another thing, there weren´t benches around near the spa house where patients could sit and relax during the walks. Medical care was very good. Čo sa týka ubytovania klientov mrzí nás, že došlo k takejto situácii, nakoľko izby s výhľadom do parku boli obsadené alebo už vopred rezervované. Musím ale pripomenúť, že hotel má k dispozícii izby, ktoré svojim vybavením spĺňajú podmienky štvorhviezdičkového hotela. Celý personál Kúpeľov Brusno, a.s. bol poučení o etickom správaní počas pracovnej doby.
