All curative procedures are provided by Balneoterapia Krištáľ, Relax centrum Euforia and Vital World Wellnea.
Balneoterapia Krištáľ opening hours:
- Monday - Sunday: 7:00am - 4:30pm
- Sunday: individually, according to the requirements
- public holidays: 8:00am - 4:30pm
On working days from 7:00am - 4:30pm, while the procedures are performed, the children can be supervised by a competent person in Children´s corner free of charge; on working days after 3:30pm, on Saturdays, Sundays and during public holidays, this service costs 80.-SKK per hour and a child.
The children are not provided with the procedures, and they are allowed to enter Vital World Wellnea and Relax centrum Euforia only after the age of 3 and must be accompanied by a parent, the fees are according to the valid price list.
All the prescribed procedures are recorded in the Card of Procedures which contains also the exact timetable Extra procedures which are not included in the prepaid procedures can be purchased right on the spot. We recommend ordering extra procedures which are not included in prepaid procedures in advance in our travel agency when booking the stay. When necessary we can provide the transfer from bus or train station, or from the airport. (extra charge) Transfer is necessary to be booked in advance while booking the stay. Local fee is not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival. Height of local tax per person per day: 0.90 eur
Katarína O., - Dudince, Hotel Rubin ***, Stay: Relax DAY, 19.05.2008 (Translation) The worst thing was access of visitors from facilities to the Dudince mineral waters every day from 06.00 to 22.00. // Paradoxically, the possibility of taking a bath and using the Dudince mineral water is conditioned by the purchase of certain procedures, therefore when I visit your facility, I have to visit the doctor at a fee of 400,-SKK who will prescribe the procedure and even if I am willing to pay the fee for the doctor, then there was no one to sell me the procedure due to illness or holiday - let me mention that in other spas it is automatically included in the cost of the stay. I also have to complain about the fact that when leaving the hotel room at 8 o'clock, the cleaner woke me up to sign for the minibar use in the room - it is undignified since it would be sufficient tell reception when leaving, it is probably an instruction from the personnel management. With regards to parking, you can only get through the gate if you pay a "fantastic" fee of 150,-SKK per day - this is not a stately welcome by the spa, it looks like they only care about finances, not about care of visitors, if I accidentally didn't place my parking ticket in the front windscreen - not mentioning that without one I wouldn't get through the gate - I immediately got a message regarding re-parking and payment... /in an unlimited time period, such as in other standard hotels in this price range/. We also consider the range of services during weekends to be insufficient, which would be welcome by visitors for 3 or 4 day relaxation stays. Despite these clear problems, which I think are because of the top management, these discrepancies and negative feelings were compensated for by the staff through their behaviour, helpfulness and approach. I don't write this as a criticism, but more as an observation so a spa with such possibilities as Dudince has would attract the interest of patients and visitors and not to discourage them, since I told myself that I was there for my first and last time and I don't want to give a negative advertisement. je mi ľúto, ale z obsahu pripomienok klientky vyplýva, že z jej strany došlo zjavne k nesprávnemu výberu produktu - Relax day (pokiaľ očakávala liečebné procedúry už v cene pobytu, mala si vybrať niektorý z pobytov Medical) . Rovnako nie je možné aplikovať v kúpeľných zariadeniach služby minibaru rovnakou formou - systémom ako v hotelových zariadeniach. V prevažnej miere tu bývajú na jednej izbe dve cudzie osoby aj s rozličnými termínmi odchodu a preto musí byť evidencia konzumácie z minibarov jednoznačná a preukázateľná voči konkrétnej osobe. Rozsah služieb jednotlivých produktov garantujeme aj napriek zmenenej organizácii práce počas dní pracovného voľna a pokoja . Dôvodom je aj potrebná regenerácia prírodných a ľudských zdrojov. Inou organizáciou práce zabezpečujeme výkony pre víkendové pobyty, takže klientka si mohla vybrať aj víkendový pobyt, kde by nemala pocit nižšieho rozsahu (rozloženia) služieb počas víkendových dní. Pripomienky klientky z tohto dôvodu nepovažujem za nedostatky v službách na strane poskytovateľa, ale napriek tomuto faktu považujem za vhodné zaoberať sa zlepšením našej vzájomnej komunikácie s klientom tak, aby nedochádzalo k podobným nedorozumeniam.
