On the other hand I have to say that the procedures (not deserving to be called like this) were very disappointing. They lasted maximum for 15 minutes and the back massage even only for 10 minutes. Can this have any effects? The pearl bath was the only procedure lasting almost for 20 minutes. The staff has too much work, always rushing around, they didnīt have time to explain the procedures or ask us if we were satisfied. Simply it seemed as if they just wanted to get rid of us very quickly. In my opinion this is not the right way how to improve services in Slovakia! Finally I would like to express my thanks to Ms Sabolová for arranging everything around my stay and I must say that the travel agency has done a good job.
