All the prescribed procedures are recorded in the Card of Procedures which contains also the exact timetable It is possible to buy additional relaxation procedures and services right on the spot. It is advisable to book the procedures in our travel agency already while booking the stay. When necessary we can provide the transfer from bus or train station, or from the airport. (extra charge) Transfer is necessary to be booked in advance while booking the stay. Local fee is not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival. Katarína F., - Novy Smokovec, Hotel Atrium ****, Stay: Weekend Wellness Stay, 22.06.2008 (Translation) - family suite is not suitable for other clients but for the families (the other room is very small, without proper equipment, there are two bathrooms but only one toilet) - if there is a company gathering taking place in the hotel at the same time, everything is reserved for closed company - the hotel staff (especially waiters in Billiard club are cheeky) seem to be quite unprofessional, they don´t know how to act in crisis situations - wellness programme was satisfactory. Provider´s statement: Yes, the family suite is meant especially for families (that´s why the name). We do not make any clients choose this suite, we do not conceal any information. Also the travel agency has the information about the equipment of the room. If there is a company gathering taking place in the hotel, there is always at least one centre available for individual guests. It was the same also during the stay of the complaining clients in our hotel. The hotel employs professional staff, in the bowling bar and in the wine cellar there work our long-time employees who receive only positive responses. If the clients have a feeling that the staff were behaving in an inappropriate way, it might have been a misunderstanding and I apologise for that. With best regards, hotel manager
