At 2 pm the room was ready and so there were no delays. Only one bathrobe was missing but we got it immediately with excuse that it was a little wet. The accommodation was very nice. What I didn´t like a little was that near our room there was an air-conditioning outlet or something and so we could always hear a monotonuous sound. We could move about the whole pool world complex freely. Bathing, whirlpools, counter-flow and massage water jets were perfect. Everything was clean and the staff were really nice. As we paid for the stay long in advance, we had an unlimited entry to sauna world. Otherwise it is possible only once a day, which is not very good I think, because sauna world is in service regardless of how many people there are and so it is not well used as every extra entry costs 200 SKK. What I personally like most was herbal and steam sauna and the whirlpool in the sauna. The meals were delicious, we purchased extra dinners for 300 SKK. There were also plentiful and delicious buffet style meals. The wine was a little bit too expensive, 0.2 l for 70 SKK but it was of a good quality. But on the whole, we were really very satisfied. If the hotel prices will not increase we are going to come back again.

Room cleaning is not sufficient or none, apart from getting rid of rubbish. I think, that in the hotel of this category the services should be at a different level ( at least wipe the floor, since the dust on the parquet and on the furniture is visible after one day, making beds, washing glasses, completion of sanitary material(although we brought or own; but that was a proof that the hotel personnel was not interested), complete a mini Bar - as well as the sheet where the consumption should be written - and mainly - write off the ragged towels! It's a shame, this should not have happened in the hotel of this category...On the other hand, the kitchen and serving personnel was perfect! The same can be said about the Vital world... We definitely want to come back soon, we have really relaxed here. Thanks!

Treatments were good, the girl on beauty treatments A. was number one, the masseur Z. was fine, but in the future he should call attention at least to one-shot panties (for whole-body peeling), it is then unpleasant, if the masseur want not lend a tent. In Sauna World there was cold and I missed there a more familiar atmosphere for better relaxation, e.g. less light (I think the area outside the saunas).

The only think I have to mention is the view from the window to the air-condition, but I take it as a tax that we booked the stay for the last moment. We got the schedule of treatments only on next day in the morning and not after arrival, but it was bagatelle, therefore satisfaction. The Water and Sauna World offer great experiences. The cuisine is excellent as well. We took breath excellent.

The stay was in the beginning not very good - there were no bathrobes, towels in room, we had to wait, until they come from dry-cleaner. They said the hotel is full. But us, the clients, does not interesting it, also at home everybody has a storage. We got towels in the evening, bathrobes after three claims next day. The reception desk was also not super willing, treatments organised a jobber, who mostly reacted "I do not know", "may be". If not the super willingness of the sanitary staff, we were not able to use the treatments. The cuisine and waiting were generally all right, during dinner we had to search for the waiter if we wanted drinks, but it could be. Accommodation all right, the room was nice. The Water World was good, also clean, it hindered only one think, that the promoted water attractions were switched on per one in twenty minute intervals. There was no life there. We are taking such stays, but even if there are less people, everything does function. It is not an argument, that it is switched on according to number of people in pool. Because those of us, who were there, paid for entrance cards for the complete Water World. This hindered us very. We did not meet yet, that something is built and not used, only included in price and in internet promoted. But we enjoyed, relaxed, I believe, that we will return there once more (and it will be better). With the travel agency we did not had any problem, we got everything what we requested. The reservation was all right, they knew about us, also payments were registered. So thank you for your willingness and for the stay. You can transmit these comments, it not meant bad, but the facility is nice, there are also guests from abroad, but also the Slovaks deserve to have the stay in a nice facility on good level. Services in gastronomy, I mean boarding, were excellent and beautiful and clean pools (outdoor and indoor). Curative treatments were also on a high level. On the other side we were surprised, that such a luxury hotel does not have its own covered parking place, what was in a such hot summer (40°C!!) for cars very unacceptable. And next, we were unpleasant surprised because of the unoccupied and nasty immediate neighbourhood of the hotel (unoccupied houses as a residue of the communist era, zero of social surroundings, public swimming pool isolated by a spurred wall for the "poor citizens"). In this contrast the hotel seemed to us like from fairy-tale.
