Cam S., - Piestany, Hotel Thermia Palace *****, Stay: Trial treatment , 14.07.2008 (Translation) Best was by far the dinner meals. Breakfast was not ideal (which caused the score you see above), but all in all the dinning room was fantastic.
Worst was almost anything to do for the spa. From our two hour wait for the doctor that results in us getting told to come back in the morning as the doctor wouldn't see us that day (which resulted in another hour and a half wait). To our very early morning treatments for each day of the stay. Finally finishing off with the fact that almost all treatments were fullybooked for the entire time we were at the spa so we could not book the additional treatments we wanted.
I will not be back to that spa, and will make sure to enter these thoughts in a more detailed review on as many travel review web sites I can find to make sure others don't make the same mistake I did.

Peter H., - Piestany, Hotel Thermia Palace *****, Stay: Trial treatment , 13.07.2008 (Translation) In the future, the mutual contact and communication between Thermia Palace as one legal subject and Irma hotel as the other legal subject should be improved, concerning clients informedness on procedures, and so called timing of the procedures, because from our experience we can say that we got contradictory information. Also within Irma hotel itself, we got contradictory information about ordering and timing of the procedures from so called staff and from a receptionist. As the accommodation concerns, in the bathroom the bathtub, in fact, didn´t have a non-skid bottom although it looked like that. I also think that the bathtub cover should be different and cover more than only a half of it. Apart from this, we were completely satisfied with everything else, but I think that a 5-star hotel like this should be interested to have a feedback questionnaire on the level of satisfaction of its clients.
