We liked the hotel as well as its surroundings. It is situated in a nice place. However, there was one negative thing. Although we let the hotel know we would come later on Friday (we didn´t miss the supper anyway)we missed out on one of the two massages which was included in the price of the stay. We had one on Saturday but on Sunday there were no vacancies as we were told we had been scheduled for Friday. As a compensation we had been offered a pearl bath, which we didn´t use and we went home. But apart from this we were really satisfied and would líke to thank you.

The first striking thing after coming to Piešťany (no guide signs from the motorway). It was quite surprising that in Slovakia you first come across to the signs in German and then in Slovak (information you can find on the door or on the menu...) and also the radio was in German. Another thing we didn´t like were the procedures which we wanted to get together with my husband but it was impossible. We had to take them separately. My advice - do not ask for the procedures in the morning if you want to take them with your husband. If you do so, you will have breakfast together but procedures separately. When I wanted to change it, the attendant did so, but very reluctuntly and there were only a few guests there fortunately.We would like to concentrate to the clients´ attention to the procedures and to make them concentrate to find out about their right. During our stay, for example we should have got the right to have a tea in the relax centre and a vitamin drink daily with our supper, but we didn´t get any. When I asked receptionist she told me to ask the waiter. I think that the hotel with so many stars should look after all this before. And one more thing to say: when you come to your room, see if the central heating is on. We found that out quite late.

Nie je v našej moci zabezpečiť v rámci dopravného značenia navádzače k hotelu Máj. 2, Jedálne lístky boli dvojjazyčné a plne zrozumiteľné. Aj na základe Vášho postrehu sme ich prerobili a sú každý v samostatnej jazykovej mutácii. 3, Radi splníme každú požiadavku, ak o nej vopred vieme. Procedúry ste mali vdoobedných hodinách - presne ako ste žiadali. Procedúry ste mali s polhodinovým oneskorením voči partnerovi. Vyhľadal som si Vaše rozpisy procedúr a nevidím dôvod na to, prečo ste mali raňajky každý zvlášť. Obom Vám začínali procedúry až od 9.00hod. Raňajky sú podávané od 7.00 hod do 9.00 hod (podľa potreby aj dlhšie, nikoho nenecháme hladného). 4, Ospravedlňujeme sa za nedorozumenie pri podávaní nápoju k večeri. Na chybu sme upozornili pracovníčky recepcie a nebude sa už opakovať. Radi Vám v budúcnosti poskytneme kompenzáciu. 5, Z ohľadu k životnému prostrediu regulujeme teplotu na prázdnych izbách a izby zbytočne neprekurujeme. Ak má niekto rád na izbe teplejšie, nastavením regulátora radiátora problém vyrieši do 30min. Pevne verím, že aj napriek týmto drobnostiam Váš pobyt splnil očakávania a podarilo sa Vám zrelaxovať. In the future, it would be suitable to adapt the catering capacity of the Park hotel to the number of the hotel guests because it happened quite often that when we came for supper there were no free places for sitting. We also advise to check that if the person who signs the bill in the cafe or bar is really accommodated in the exact room of the hotel as when we checked out of the hotel we found out that we had an unpaid account in the cafe even though we had never been there during our stay. In spite of these drawbacks, we were satisfied with our stay because everything else was OK.

I don´t know much about the hotel possibilities but there is a lot to improve. I´m not speaking about the hotel staff, it is ok. I would start with the balconies which are in poor state and with replacing the windows and balcony doors (big heat leakage).... and in the first place I would take care that the ants disappear from the rooms...But I think that the management knows about all these problems. However, except for having ants in the room, I enjoyed my stay.

The whole stay would be superb if we didn´t have an unpleasant experience in the hotel bar. We were there four times, but in two of these visits we came across complete unprofessionality. And what is more, we could smell smoke of cigarettes there even though we were told that it is forbidden to smoke in the whole hotel.

We were delighted and totally relaxed. Pleasant environment, kind and smiling staff, always willing to help. The drinking regime provided via warm herbal teas, each day a different tea with a description of its affect upon health - it was simply faultless!!!! A pleasant surprise was also the connection with the centre of Piestany, thermal pool, spa island, etc, using the hotel minibus. It was a fantastic way to relax, we will be happy to return.

The accommodation was superb as well as the staff. We minded a little bit the German environment in the hotel during our stay. A big disadvatage for those who don´t have a car is a big distance from the centre and there is no bus connections and the hotel minibus runs only during the weekdays.

What I missed most was the info how to get to the hotel from the railway station. In my opinion, in the Internet age, this really shouldn´t be a problem. A map and a bus connection plus the bus stop where to get off would do. The agency souldn´t be blamed for the fact that buses don´t run on Sundays, but there should be a way how to transport clients to the place. This spoilt a little bit the whole positive impression as we had to spend a lot of time to find a way how to get there.

Everything was excellent. We had a wonderful time and are planning to use these services also in the future. Accommodation got 90% just because the furniture in the rooms is a little bit old and it might need replacing. But in spite of this everything was OK. With regards to accommodation, it was at the required level, worse was the provision of services and cultural activities. I also have a feeling that your hotel is more suitable for seniors of greater age. Further, I didn't like that it that we weren't warned that it is a non smoking hotel. What I disliked the most was the quality and personnel of Wellness centre. Masseur was unprofessional, he kept leaving the ongoing massage, he was on the phone, arranging other stuff and customers... the room for massages was not separated from other area with whirlpool and saunas and the customers were passing through our massage room and we were constantly disturbed. I was also difficult to use the whirlpool and sauna since the Wellness centre was very small and crowded with people who were not even accommodated in the Hotel Pavla. Therefore we think, that the customers accommodated in the hotel should get more attention. Thank you...

We liked almost everything about our stay. The hotel was new, clean and pleasant. The staff were helpful and kind. Food was super! Only a few details should be noted. I appreciated that the staff were young people, always smiling and helpful. Procedures were excellent, I would mainly like to thank the lady masseur who does acupressure massage. To talk about refurbished rooms in this case is exaggerating. The changed furniture and newly tiled bathroom cannot be described as reconstruction. The hotel has clear signs of socialism. We got a room with a pull-out sofa on the floor (I don't understand why as there were only two of us), which was only separated by the neighbouring room by a door! So when our 'neighbours' came back at 3 in the morning, we overheard their argument as well as passionate and intensive intimacy. I really don't understand why, in a half empty hotel, they accommodated us in a room which is not divided from the other by a solid wall! If you come to breakfast at 9.30am, you have almost no selection, the young waiters don't bother to clean breadcrumbs from the dirty tables and look at you like you are mad if you ask for hot water for your tea. Very unprofessional! As I said, the breath of socialism was visible not only from the building but also from the staff...The only good thing was the Wellness Centre and the kind lady who is running it .... hats off! However, I have very mixed feelings about this relaxation weekend...

There is a cleaner's room next to room 101 and every morning they fill up their buckets with water at around 7am. And since there is a problem with the pipework, it makes quite an unpleasant noise which always woke us. At least we were first at breakfast :))))) Otherwise, we thank the staff very much - reception, cooks, waitresses, masseurs, cleaners .... The services, procedures and kitchen were 100 percent. We will return next year.

I was very satisfied except of this, that there was not prepared a menu card especially for that stay, it means beauty stay. Right on first day said the waitress to me, that I can choose from salads and from fishes in value of 300,- SKK + in addition I have appetizer and dessert. But on next day the waiter, who was on duty, did know about nothing, so he brought me only meal (without appetizer and without dessert), but he noticed, that I may claim one drink from fresh fruits, which he also brought me. On the third day, the same waiter from the previous day did not remember me, resp. he brought the menu card for relaxation stay (this should have been said to him at the reception desk), so I repeated him, what did say to me the waitress from the first day and then I could choose fish and I obtained also an appetizer and dessert. Unacceptable was, that nobody exactly knew, what should he offer to me and I myself did not know, what should I have to get. I had always to ask and assure myself. Regarding to cosmetics and massages, I am maximal satisfied both with services and with the staff.

To dinner there were a choice from 5 meals - for 5 days it is a low selection and all of them meat (for a vegetarian it is a catastrophe). The quality of staff-members at the reception desk was fluctuating. Otherwise an excellent cuisine and beautiful rooms.

„V súčasnosti majú hostia s polpenziou výber z 18 hlavných jedál, z toho je 9 jedál bezmäsitých - 3 druhy sú ryby: 200 g Pstruh na bylinkovom masle, 200 g Zubáč na zelenom korení, 150 g Vyprážaný pangásius, 3 druhy cestovinové jedlá: 400 g Tagliatelle s rukolou, olivami, fetou a kapari, 350 g Farfalle so šampiňónovým krémom, cesnakom, bazalkou a parmezánom, 350 g Penne so syrovo-brokolicovým krémom a mandľami a 3 druhy šaláty: 300 g Cézar šalát, 250 g Fusille šalát, 250 g Paradajkovo-mozzarellový šalát. Mrzí nás, že v malom zariadení rodinného typu ako je náš hotel, kde kladieme dôraz na individuálny prístup ku klientovi, pýtame sa na jeho želania a usilujeme sa vytvoriť mu ten najlepší „pohodový“ zážitok mohlo prísť k takémuto nedorozumeniu. Touto cestou chcem poďakovať pánovi Štefanovi, že svoju nespokojnosť vyjadril aj keď trocha neskoro (sťažnosti sa najlepšie posudzujú a riešia na mieste) a motivoval nás k ešte intenzívnejšej komunikácii s hosťom a tiež vyhotoveniu „novej“ ponuky jedál pre stravníkov polpenzie, kde sú všetky jedlá sústredené „pohromade“.
