All the prescribed procedures are recorded in the Card of Procedures which contains also the exact timetable It is possible to buy additional relaxation procedures and services right on the spot. It is advisable to book the procedures in our travel agency already while booking the stay. When necessary we can provide the transfer from bus or train station, or from the airport. Transfer is necessary to be booked in advance while booking the stay. Local fee is not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival. Height of local tax per person per day: 1 eur

Jana K., - Piestany, Hotel Máj ***, Stay: Prolonged Vital stay, 30.03.2008 (Translation) The first striking thing after coming to Piešťany (no guide signs from the motorway). It was quite surprising that in Slovakia you first come across to the signs in German and then in Slovak (information you can find on the door or on the menu...) and also the radio was in German. Another thing we didn´t like were the procedures which we wanted to get together with my husband but it was impossible. We had to take them separately. My advice - do not ask for the procedures in the morning if you want to take them with your husband. If you do so, you will have breakfast together but procedures separately. When I wanted to change it, the attendant did so, but very reluctuntly and there were only a few guests there fortunately.We would like to concentrate to the clients´ attention to the procedures and to make them concentrate to find out about their right. During our stay, for example we should have got the right to have a tea in the relax centre and a vitamin drink daily with our supper, but we didn´t get any. When I asked receptionist she told me to ask the waiter. I think that the hotel with so many stars should look after all this before. And one more thing to say: when you come to your room, see if the central heating is on. We found that out quite late.

1, Informácie o príchode k nám nájdete na interaktívnej mape na našej
stránke. Taktiež sú tam GPS súradnice. Nie je v našej
moci zabezpečiť v rámci dopravného značenia navádzače k hotelu Máj.
2, Jedálne lístky boli dvojjazyčné a plne zrozumiteľné. Aj na základe
Vášho postrehu sme ich prerobili a sú každý v samostatnej jazykovej mutácii.
3, Radi splníme každú požiadavku, ak o nej vopred vieme. Procedúry ste mali vdoobedných hodinách - presne ako ste žiadali. Procedúry ste mali s
polhodinovým oneskorením voči partnerovi. Vyhľadal som si Vaše rozpisy
procedúr a nevidím dôvod na to, prečo ste mali raňajky každý zvlášť.
Obom Vám začínali procedúry až od 9.00hod. Raňajky sú podávané od 7.00
hod do 9.00 hod (podľa potreby aj dlhšie, nikoho nenecháme hladného).
4, Ospravedlňujeme sa za nedorozumenie pri podávaní nápoju k večeri. Na
chybu sme upozornili pracovníčky recepcie a nebude sa už opakovať. Radi
Vám v budúcnosti poskytneme kompenzáciu.
5, Z ohľadu k životnému prostrediu regulujeme teplotu na prázdnych
izbách a izby zbytočne neprekurujeme. Ak má niekto rád na izbe
teplejšie, nastavením regulátora radiátora problém vyrieši do 30min.
Pevne verím, že aj napriek týmto drobnostiam Váš pobyt splnil očakávania
a podarilo sa Vám zrelaxovať.
