All wellness procedures are provided by Wellness centre right in Sandor Pavillon hotel and by Slovak Curative Spa - Kúpeľný ostrov (Spa Island) (ca. 15 - 20 minute´s walk, if requested, the hotel can provide free transfer).

All the prescribed procedures are recorded in the Card of Procedures which contains also the exact timetable It is possible to buy additional relaxation procedures and services right on the spot. It is advisable to book the procedures in our travel agency already while booking the stay. When necessary we can provide the transfer from bus or train station, or from the airport. Transfer is necessary to be booked in advance while booking the stay. Local fee is not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival. The staff was respectful, very fair - we express thanks them this way. Regarding treatments, which we undertook, they were fantastic, and we feel perfect. Shortly, everything was perfect. The quality of staff-members at the reception desk was fluctuating. Otherwise an excellent cuisine and beautiful rooms.
References of services supplier: „V súčasnosti majú hostia s polpenziou výber z 18 hlavných jedál, z toho je 9 jedál bezmäsitých - 3 druhy sú ryby: 200 g Pstruh na bylinkovom masle, 200 g Zubáč na zelenom korení, 150 g Vyprážaný pangásius, 3 druhy cestovinové jedlá: 400 g Tagliatelle s rukolou, olivami, fetou a kapari, 350 g Farfalle so šampiňónovým krémom, cesnakom, bazalkou a parmezánom, 350 g Penne so syrovo-brokolicovým krémom a mandľami a 3 druhy šaláty: 300 g Cézar šalát, 250 g Fusille šalát, 250 g Paradajkovo-mozzarellový šalát. Predpokladám, že pán Štefan J. mal pri výraze „5 mäsových jedál“ na mysli „misy pre 2 osoby“, ktorých bolo v čase jeho pobytu v ponuke práve 5. Misové variácie pozostávali z viacerých druhov červeného mäsa, hydiny a rýb. Okrem týchto 5 mís pre 2 osoby si však hostia s polpenziou mohli vybrať bezmästité jedlá: zeleninové, cestovinové a šaláty z „a la carte“ lístka. Mrzí nás, že v malom zariadení rodinného typu ako je náš hotel, kde kladieme dôraz na individuálny prístup ku klientovi, pýtame sa na jeho želania a usilujeme sa vytvoriť mu ten najlepší „pohodový“ zážitok mohlo prísť k takémuto nedorozumeniu. Touto cestou chcem poďakovať pánovi Štefanovi, že svoju nespokojnosť vyjadril aj keď trocha neskoro (sťažnosti sa najlepšie posudzujú a riešia na mieste) a motivoval nás k ešte intenzívnejšej komunikácii s hosťom a tiež vyhotoveniu „novej“ ponuky jedál pre stravníkov polpenzie, kde sú všetky jedlá sústredené „pohromade“. Pán Štefan, záleží nám na tom, aby Vaše spomienky na pobyt v Hoteli **** SANDOR PAVILLON boli krásne a príjemné, a preto Vás touto cestou srdečne pozývame na obed či večeru z našej vegetariánskej kuchyne.
