All wellness procedures are provided by Wellness centre right in Sandor Pavillon hotel and by Slovak Curative Spa - Kúpeľný ostrov (Spa Island) (ca. 15 - 20 minute´s walk, if requested, the hotel can provide free transfer).

All the prescribed procedures are recorded in the Card of Procedures which contains also the exact timetable It is possible to buy additional relaxation procedures and services right on the spot. It is advisable to book the procedures in our travel agency already while booking the stay. When necessary we can provide the transfer from bus or train station, or from the airport. Transfer is necessary to be booked in advance while booking the stay. Local fee is not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival. The staff were helpful and kind. Food was super! Only a few details should be noted. I appreciated that the staff were young people, always smiling and helpful. Procedures were excellent, I would mainly like to thank the lady masseur who does acupressure massage. I will certainly use her services again! No lesser thanks go to Mrs Mikulova who was very pleasant and arranged this nice stay for us.

And since there is a problem with the pipework, it makes quite an unpleasant noise which always woke us. At least we were first at breakfast :))))) Otherwise, we thank the staff very much - reception, cooks, waitresses, masseurs, cleaners .... The services, procedures and kitchen were 100 percent. We will return next year.

Probably we liked most the fact, that the hotel is not too large and it is not a mass show. We have no complains neither to services nor to equipment - rather only two remarks, and it is absence of an anti-slip mat in the tub, which could improve the safety.
