 The price includes - accommodation minimal 13 nights - full board Weight reducing diet: - individual diet based on the reduction of the amount of sugar, sufficient protein intake, minimum fat intake and sufficient liquid and vitamin intake - low-calorie poultry, fish and white meat meals - a lot of vegetable meals and meals rich in fibre and vitamins - the diet is enriched with natural nutritional supplements - drinking cure Medical examinations: - initial medical examination, final medical examination, medical check-up, final medical report - If you arrive later and miss the initial medical examination on arrival day, you can take it on next day morning. Medical examination: - examination aimed at symptoms of obesity and complications related to obesity - body fat localization - special individual menu - calculating of BMI and Waist-hip ratio (WHR) - consultation with dietary assistant twice a week diagnostics and laboratory tests aimed at checking the metabolism functions according to doctor´s recommendation: - urin test, glycaemia, uric acid, total, cholesterol, HDL and LDL cholesterol, triglycerids, beta-lipoproteins - liver function tests, blood picture, FW-sedimentation - EKG Treatment methods: 4 - 5 daily - max. 30 procedures per week (7 nights) - treatment procedures aimed at locomotor apparatus complaints and at weight reduction Selection from the following procedures: - procedures using unique thermal water and curative sulphuric mud - special movement therapy, individual rehabilitation combined with reflex and classic massages - intensive group kinesiotherapy at the gym and hydrokinesiotherapy in the swimming pool - underwater massage and Scotch douche - daily exercise in fitness centre, cycling and Nordic walking - vasoactive therapy: dry carbonic bath, carbonic water bath, gas insuflation - other procedures: hydrotherapy, thermal therapy, electrotherapy, carbonic therapy and other procedures During Sundays and during Slovak public holidays, the procedures are not provided. The choice of therapeutic treatments determines the physician on base of initial examination and after agreement with the client.
