All wellness procedures are provided by Wellness centre right in Pavla hotel.
Wellness centre opening hours: - Monday - Sunday: 10:00 - 21:00 (also during public holidays)
All the prescribed procedures are recorded in the Card of Procedures which contains also the exact timetable It is possible to buy additional relaxation procedures and services right on the spot. It is advisable to book the procedures in our travel agency already while booking the stay. When necessary we can provide the transfer from bus or train station, or from the airport. (extra charge) Transfer is necessary to be booked in advance while booking the stay. Smoking is not allowed in the hotel rooms. Local fee is not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival. Height of local tax per person per day: 1 eur

However, there was one negative thing. Although we let the hotel know we would come later on Friday (we didn´t miss the supper anyway)we missed out on one of the two massages which was included in the price of the stay. We had one on Saturday but on Sunday there were no vacancies as we were told we had been scheduled for Friday. As a compensation we had been offered a pearl bath, which we didn´t use and we went home. But apart from this we were really satisfied and would líke to thank you.

Masseur was unprofessional, he kept leaving the ongoing massage, he was on the phone, arranging other stuff and customers... the room for massages was not separated from other area with whirlpool and saunas and the customers were passing through our massage room and we were constantly disturbed. I was also difficult to use the whirlpool and sauna since the Wellness centre was very small and crowded with people who were not even accommodated in the Hotel Pavla. Therefore we think, that the customers accommodated in the hotel should get more attention. Thank you...

precitala som si hodnotenie klientov a velmi ma mrzi ze od nas odchadzali nespokojni. Na nasu obhajobu mozem povedat len tolko, ze je pravda, ze maser je v sluzbe sam, ale zaroven musí obsluhovat telefon, otvarat dvere aj pocas poskytovania masazi. Taktiez zostava na nom aj obsluha novoprichadzajucich hosti do wellness / podanie klucikov od satne, vydanie plachty a uterakov /. Toto vsetko nepriaznivo vplyva na poskytovanie masazi. Zatial riesenie v organizacii práce nevieme zabezpecit inak.
