The whole complex is equipped with modernturnstile system(chip system)to enter a particular facility and to enable everybody the purchase of any item or meal right according to the client´s requirements.
AquaCity Poprad opening hours:
- indoor 50-metre swimming pool: 08:00 - 21:00
- other sections: 09:00 - 21:00

It is possible to buy additional relaxation procedures and services right on the spot.
When necessary we can provide the transfer from bus or train station, or from the airport. (extra charge)
Transfer is necessary to be booked in advance while booking the stay.
Local fee is included in the price of the stay.

Good afternoon. Thank your for the message. I liked it very much there. Everything is on a high level and services and staff are also well. All pools are very comfortable. I can not evaluate treatments for you, because I did not get to visit them. On Saturday I had to drive to Presov and, unfortunately, I did not get to visit treatments. But they have surely to be as good as all others. Thank you.
