AquaCity - Water Park

AquaCity Poprad provides spa treatments in place and cooperates with beauty salons in Poprad too. Beside this offers special treatments for men and women, who need to be strong physically.

Pools and Flumes

Kids of all ages, will find that there is always fun to be had at AquaCity.

You can swim or splash in thermal water, which has a temperature of 28°C or you can relax in a thermal pool with 36°C warm water.

Fancy yourself as an intrepid jungle explorer? Then our new Mayan Pyramid Pool Complex is just the place for you. The pyramid itself rises to a height of 20 meters and is bounded on three sides by 1 meter deep "splash" pools, which are of course constantly heated to 30°C. In the pools there are water fountains, showers, a boletus (your own private "wave machine") and the children can make friends with our gentle Water Hedgehog.
For the more adventurous or energetic you can climb to the first floor of the pyramid and slide smoothly into the water from the gently undulating Family Slide, or speed down from the Steep "Kamikaze" Slides. If you’re up to it why not try the "Wild River Ride", travelling from the very top of the pyramid on your own "raft" you descend through over 70 meters of white water type twists and turns to the warm safe waters of the splash pool below.

It is planed to build new pools and 10 new flumes during next 12-18 months.

Blue Diamond Pol

It is only one place to enjoy the ultimative VIP experience. The Blue Diamond pool.

Ornate stone carvings, stained glass windows, beautiful sculptures by local artists and floors and walls covered in holographic tiles (the only pool in Europe to have these 21st century marvels). Known as Life Tiles, they live up to their reputation by changing their appearance depending on the angle at which they are viewed. These Life Tiles surround this most intimate of AquaCity’s pools.

Filled with crystal clear, mineral rich, 15,000 year old thermal waters, containing some twenty different health enhancing minerals; the pool itself is the ultimate in therapeutic thermal bathing. Large enough to swim in the Blue Diamond Pool is where the mineral water is at its most concentrated. It also provides a number of underwater jets and "bubble benches" to help massage away any aches, pains and strains. The Blue Diamond poolside bar serves a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks throughout the day. The conservatory area provides an ideal "sun trap" whatever the season. Two balcony areas, one reached via a decorative spiral staircase, provide additional seating areas where you can eat, drink, relax, or just enjoy the calming ambience of the waters below, or take in the panoramic views of the mountains.

But it is during the evening when this idyllic retreat turns into something truly magical. As darkness falls, the pool area sparkles as hidden lights reveal themselves from within the statues that adorn the surrounding area and the atmosphere and ambience is one of sophisticated luxury. Vital World

VitalWorld has been designed to be the ultimate in holistic steam, sauna, rest and relaxation experiences. The Traditional Finnish Sauna
Our Scandinavian style Sauna is a conventional pine panelled room heated with stones, which in turn are heated by a traditional wood burning stove, to produce a temperature of 100°C. As you relax in the heat, and feel the stresses and strains of tired muscles melt away, you might want to contemplate a traditional dip in the icy plunge pool, or for a more relaxing way to cool off, take a trip to our Ice Cave?
Ice Cave: Forever Winter
In VitalWorld’s Ice Cave it is always winter, with real snow forming in the air around you whatever the season outside. Ideal for cooling off after a session in the Sauna or the Steam rooms, or just for ‘chilling out’ and enjoying the Ice Age experience. The Ice Cave is a truly magical place, but unlike the kingdom of Narnia it may be forever winter but Christmas still comes once a year.

Steam, Vapour And Inhalation Rooms
If the dry heat of the Sauna is not for you, you may want to try the Turkish style Steam Bath? Designed to purify and cleanse you, you can enhance your steam experience by enjoying one, or more of our inhalation therapy rooms. Soothing music and gently changing ‘mood’ lighting mean that you’ll relax body, mind and spirit as you absorb the menthol, flower, or salt steam vapours.
The Trepidarium and Caldarium
Taking our inspiration from the ancient Roman bath houses Vital World contains both a warm Trepidarium area and a cooler Caldarium.
Summer Meadow
While our Ice Cave is producing an eternal winter, our Summer Meadow is flooding this room with perpetual summer sunlight. Our specially designed and totally safe UV lighting system will help give you a healthy, glowing tan and may even help you to shed some of those seasonal blues that can affect any of us during the short winter days and long winter nights.

As well as being a rehabilitation treatment the Whole Body Chamber CryoTherapy is also recognised as a legitimate method of preserving health and fitness and promoting general wellbeing in the vast majority of cases. How does it do this and what Are The Benefits?
Almost everyone taking CryoTherapy treatment reports feeling some benefit, even after their first session.
