- Sunday: 09:30 AM - 10:00 PM - Children below 5 years are not allowed to enter the pools (Water World).
- Whirlpool working hours, water-cure procedures:

- Tuesday-Thursday: 10:00 AM - 04:00 PM
- Friday and Saturday: 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM
- Sunday: 09:30 AM - 06:00 PM - Fitness working hours:

Healing procedures are possible the next day after the arrival, on the first day of the arrival only pool (Water World) is provided.
- Guests staying in Aphrodite hotel, apartment guests of Veµká Fatra hotel and apartment guests of Villa Margaréta hotel have free entry to Water World, in packages Water World is automatically substituted by Sauna World.

(Translation)It would be fine if after paying for the stay the clients would get also the information about the location and the number of the room. I called the hotel three days before the beginning of our stay and I was told that they couldn´t give us this info! It´s a pity! Apart from this we were very satisfied. The quality of accommodation depends also on the location of the room and its size as there are differences. Next time I would like to ask for a concrete room if it is possible.

(Translation)In the Water World bar - it would be pleasant to have some healthy drinks including vegetable drinks, salads ... Since it is a healing facility, it would be fine to drink or eat healthily when one comes here to regenerate.

(Translation)Beautiful environment, ideal for romantic walks, kind personnel and a high standard of services. My friend and I simply relaxed greatly. The only minus we found was that instead of a double bed, we had two separate beds, but that was resolved anyway. Therefore super :-)

(Translation)We liked it very much. We would like to come again. A pleasant stay. We only had a problem with the heating (at the beginning it was unheated and they it was too hot - the heating thermostat in the room was missing). After pointing out the problem, it was immediately fixed. Thank you very much. The breakfast staff were slightly slow. After guests leaving, they didn't have enough time to prepare the tables for other visitors, so we didn't know where to sit, where was free and where wasn't.

I would welcome more informations concerning the spa town, nowhere mentions about history of the town and about history of the spa houses.
