Healing procedures are possible the next day after the arrival, on the first day of the arrival only pool (Water World) is provided.
Guests staying in Aphrodite hotel, apartment guests of Veľká Fatra hotel and apartment guests of Villa Margaréta hotel have free entry to Water World, in packages Water World is automatically substituted by Sauna World.
All the prescribed procedures are recorded in the Card of Procedures which contains also the exact timetable We recommend ordering extra procedures which are not included in prepaid procedures in advance in our travel agency when booking the stay. When necessary we can provide the transfer from bus or train station, or from the airport. Transfer is necessary to be booked in advance while booking the stay. Local fee is not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival. Height of local tax per person per day: 0.50 eur

There is a difference in the provision of massages. We were four women and should get the same procedures, but two of us got an excellent body massage starting with feet a ending with the neck from an excellent masseur and on the other hand, two of us only got an average back massage. Pevne verime, ze hodnotenia nasich kientov pomozu nam aj kupelom a hotelom skvalitnit svoje sluzby a tym samozrejme zvysit spokojnost svojich klientov.
Je nam uprimne luto, ze zrejme nedopatrenim ste prehliadli v Sprievodnom liste (ktory ste obdrzali pred nastupom na pobyt spolu s Voucher-om - ubytovacim poukazom) informaciu ohladom nastupov na pobyt a to nasledovne:

pan M., - Rajecke Teplice, Villa Margareta ***, Stay: Relax Weekend - 2 nights, 18.11.2007 (Translation) arrival - funny reaction at Reception - 2 receptionists, I already had a bad feeling, telling my wife that something was definitely not right - arrival of a Polish person, the question whether they have a free room - the answer was no - arrival at 'Villa Margareta" - incredible smell in the entrance hall - we went further and immediately round room No. 1, I opened the door and, guess what, a smell like a drain - our decision - we are going to complain about the room - arrival back at Reception, receptionists surprised, no one knew or knows anything - they were looking for the supervisor for 15 mins and after her arrive, she sent one of the receptionists to look at the state of room No. 1. She ordered her to take the to room No. 2, to move us into there - I am asking which room since you told the Polish person that everything is full - suddenly you find an extra room - our statement - they knew very well that in case of complaint, they must have a reserve room - arrival with the key to room No. 2 - opened the door, the reality was one chair, without a wardrobe for hanging coats.

Sťažnosť sa týkala nášho ubytovacieho zariadenia Villa Margaréta. Spomínané ubytovacie zariadenie je jedno z našich najnovších a u klientov patrí medzi obľúbené zariadenie, preto situácia, ktorá sa klientovi stala bola prekvapením aj pre nás.
Izba, ktorú mal klient zarezervovanú bola pred príchodom v poriadku. Havarijná situácia, ktorá nastala bola nepredpokladateľná a veľmi nás mrzí, že sme ju neodhalili ešte pred príchodom klienta.
Vášho zákaznika sme mohli presťahovať len vďaka tomu, že sme presunuli klienta z izby č.2 , ktorý mal pobyt len na jednu noc a túto noc sme mu poskytli v inom ubytovacom zariadení, ktoré bolo v danom termíne voľné.
Ešte raz by som chcel vyjadriť vo svojom mene ako aj v mene nášho viceprezidenta Z. M., s ktorým bola táto sťažnosť prekonzultovaná poľutovanie a ospravedlnenie Vášmu klientovi.

The girl at the reception desk apologized and on that day we moved to an another room. The sad think was, that the chamber-maid knew, that it is not allowed to occupy that room because of that smell. Otherwise it was all right and the accommodation was adequate to the price and to the hotel category.

But we spent the whole day in water or on treatments, so those on Sunday we did not take because of exhaustion... ATTENTION! Hotel Velka Fatra would deserve a reconstruction. Rooms are nice, but a little bit negative was the older equipment - boxes, toilet,... The refrigerator was not defrosted about a year. The food was excellent. One unpleasant experience (I hope the only one) - the staff at reception desk incorrect booked the time for massage, so on Sunday there was awaiting me an unpleasant surprise, there was no massage. But except of these small motes I strong recommend it for relaxation and to load new energy. Thank you.
