• Working hours of Balneotherapy in Relax Thermal Spa House:
  - Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  - Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM(as may be required)
• Policlinic working hours:
  - Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 3:30 PM - 7:00 AM (emergency)
  - Saturdays, Sundays and during public holidays: 24-hour emergency
• Ústredný dom working hours (bath):
  - Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  -Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Goethe house working hours (water-cure):
  - Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM

• Banský kúpeľ working hours:

• Children´s corner is situated in Lenka Guesthouse; a nursery is available for children from 3 to 6 years of age for 100,- SKK/day (meals are included in the price), Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM

All the prescribed procedures are recorded in the Card of Procedures which contains also the exact timetable
Extra procedures which are not included in the prepaid procedures can be purchased right on the spot.
When necessary we can provide the transfer from bus or train station, or from the airport.
Transfer is necessary to be booked in advance while booking the stay.
Local fee is not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival.
Height of local tax per person per day: 0.40 eur
