However, we have some objections to catering. There was enough food and the meals were very tasty, breakfasts in a buffet style were also ok, but I find the buffet style suppers a little bit inconvenient. It would be better if suppers were served - or at least, the meals should be put on the plate by a kitchen staff member according to the customer´s wish.

Although the breakfast was good and filling, lunch and supper didn´t meet either the quality or price. (the meat was difficult to bite and you even had problems to cut it)It reminded us of hospital food. As my wife works as a caterer at school where 350 lunches are prepared every day she can evaluate the quality as well as the portions. The portions there didn´t respond even to half-price of the meal. Moreover, the food was served almost cold.
Juraj S., - Sklene Teplice, Pension Lenka ***, Stay: weekend stay, 13.04.2008 (Translation) We stayed at Sklené Teplice in LENKA guest-house in a suite and in spite of our complaints and after the check of the service man, there was no hot water during the whole our stay. It was quite cold in our rooms and the heating was turned on only on the last day of our stay. The staff at the reception had an electric heater. The staff services were not satisfying. The fridge in the suite wasn´t stocked enough and even the bar was closed. The procedures where the staff should be present, there was nobody - parenica wrap and after that something like "do it yourself" ...our dissatisfaction for these reasons was
very big and it wasn´t a relaxation stay at all. So even if we were offered such a stay free of charge, we wouldn´t go for it any more.

However, there should be made some improvements as the board is concerned. That doesn´t mean that we were hungry and we also understand that the spa food has some restrictions, but we would appreciate the possibility of choosing some meals in a local restaurant in case we were not satisfied with the choice of meals in the hotel. Although Slovenska koliba restaurant has a great offer but we didn´t feel like walking 2 km, especially in bad weather. It is, of course, not the problem of your agency. We were just wondering why the restaurant in the centre of Sklené Teplice was closed and suggest that local authorities do something about it. Thank you.
