Spa on Probation - Spa Sklene Teplice

I would like to make you aware that the conditions stated by the travel agent should match the conditions in the spa, since there were several discrepancies during our stay. 1. When ordering my stay, I put a note - married couple - and we were given a room without a double bed but with two separate beds in an 'L' shape. 2. When we arrived, we were warned that we should vacate our room by 10.00am which I objected to, since at 9.00am we had a procedure, and in the travel agent's conditions, it was written that the room should be vacated by 12.00. In the end, they let us keep the room until 12.00, but it was only because nobody had booked that room for that day. 3. The food was very poor apart from breakfast. Lunches and dinners - hospital food, very small portions and unhelpful personnel. 4. I also didn't like the fact that the hotel pool is free for accommodated guests but for us, it was given as a procedure on the last day of our stay and after our arrival we undertook the 'central bath plus massage' procedure which was stated as one procedure in the procedure list, and when we went to reception to ask, we were told that this was calculated as two procedures. Out of all these, I have the feeling that we actually got only 4 procedures since the could use the pool free of charge. We would like to use your services in the future, but under these particular conditions, it will definitely won't ever be at Sklene Teplice.
