In Kaskády**** hotel it is allowed to consume alcoholic drinks only within the hotel´s beverage card.
All the prescribed procedures are recorded in the Card of Procedures which contains also the exact timetable We recommend ordering extra procedures which are not included in prepaid procedures in advance in our travel agency when booking the stay. Local fee is not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival. Height of local tax per person per day: 0.50 eur

A few details: nobody told us that we could choose where to have dinner, either in hotel restaurant or in Koliba. There was a little problem in planning the procedures – 2 baths in succession and in late hours, but it was arranged for earlier hours but somebody didn´t turn up. Our procedures hadn´t been planned beforhand, in the realaxation centre they didn´t know about us, I don´t know whose fault it was, whether at the reception or in your agency. Except for this, everything was all right

While you are watching TV you can hear everything what is going on there !!!! Considering the price paid for this suite, it should be made better noise-proof!!!!

We had a very good relax and we'll certainly come back to the Hotel Kaskady. We only noticed one big minus. It is related to a lobby bar, where smoking is allowed. We have nothing against smokers, but if you have to go through the smoking environment (there wasn't any other option)several times a day to the Wellness centre, aqua bar or to the restaurant, it is not very pleasant. Mainly when this hotel is also visited by families with children. We were in several hotels in Slovakia with a lower rating where smoking is forbidden. I'm not saying that this is the best solution, but if allow smoking, then do it there where it won't bother the other people. Anyway, it is up to a director or the owner of the hotel since one opinion is not significant although I think there are more similar ones. Not even mentioning that this will be solved soon by the law. Maybe the hotel should do this step beforehand. Yours sincerely

Čo sa týka pripomienky ohľadom fajčiarskej zóny, dovoľujeme si Vás informovať, že lobby bar je jediné miesto v hoteli,kde je povolené fajčiť a týmto sme chceli výjsť v ústrety hosťom, ktorí si bez fajčenia nevedia predstaviť deň. Samozrejme, že zákon budeme rešpektovať v plnom znení a pokiaľ to bude potrebné, všetky hotelové priestory budú nefajčarske.
