All the prescribed procedures are recorded in the Card of Procedures which contains also the exact timetable It is possible to buy additional relaxation procedures and services right on the spot. It is advisable to book the procedures in our travel agency already while booking the stay. When necessary we can provide the transfer from bus or train station, or from the airport. Transfer is necessary to be booked in advance while booking the stay. Local fee is not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival. Lucia È., - Tatranska Javorina, Hotel Kolowrat ****, Stay: Accomodation with breakfast, 11.10.2007 (Translation) First of all I thank you very much for the stay in a beautiful nature and in a beautiful environment. The hotel is super, also the staff. However I would like to draw attention, that in hotel there was no possibility to use treatments like I figured out. I speak about the stay, where the Sauna World is possible to use... next and other possibilities are not as valuable or are not possible at all (e.g. cosmetics). It should be good, if you are drawing attention about this to your guests in advance - e.g. that they can use only saunas and that this stay is more-or-less dedicated for those, who want to make some hikes and stay in nature. We wanted to use mainly treatments of different characters (what I noticed in advance) but unfortunately. The staff was however very kind and willing, but if you did not ask for something, they did not answer nor advise. We had to ask for everything. It would be fine, if they are suggesting to the staff on the reception desk, that it is not enough to give to the guest one A4 sheet of paper, but to inform a bit more about treatments. I do not think it bad, but I think, that it would be good to tell them, because the hotel is really fantastic. But as I mentioned, only for those, who want to make hikes into the nature and then to take a good sauna.
