However, there were some negative points: 1.)Room 502 - no access to Internet although according to the advertising folder all the rooms should have been provided with it. 2.)Garage parking was too expensive - 205 Sk per day. The staff were excellent, friendly and competent.

Even though we were two and we thus had to have 4 treatments daily, a couple of times happened, that they charged us 2 treatments from them. But always it was explained... I would recommend for next, that the staff should be better familiar with the content of the package, which was prepaid by the guest. Otherwise all girls at the reception desk were very kind and agreeable. The food was excellent mornings and evenings, but a little comment goes to the quality of the vegetable, salad was often not washed from earth and sometimes the vegetable was slack. But I would recommend the hotel Kolowrat (Polana) to all, the Water World is perfect and the location on foot of Belianske Tatras offers a beautiful nature in surroundings.
