Curative procedures are available from Monday to Saturday. (on Sundays and during Slovak public holidays, procedures are not available).
The choice of therapeutic treatments determines the physician on base of initial examination and after agreement with the client.

Insurance:

- the insurance includes cancelling of the stay and insurance of the travel agency against bankruptcy.

Important informations

• All curative procedures are provided by LD Pax spa house, LD Krym spa house, Balneoterapia Sina, Pramenný dvor and Kaštieľ.
• Opening hours:
  - Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 2:30 pm (last entry to the pools is at 1:30 pm)
  - Saturdays, Sundays, and during public holidays: 7:00am - 12:00 at noon (on Sundays, it is also possible to purchase some other procedures, there is also free entry to the swimming pool for the guests staying at Krym hotel)
• If the client misses supper on the day of the arrival, they can have dinner on the day of the departure instead.
• If the client is interested in having a place in the guarded parking lot (paid parking) he is recommended to book it in advance at CK Sunflowers travel agency before starting the stay.

All the prescribed procedures are recorded in the Card of Procedures which contains also the exact timetable
Extra procedures which are not included in the prepaid procedures can be purchased right on the spot.
Local fee is not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival.
