We were very satisfied with our stay and we are planning to come again sometimes in the future for a week stay. We were also pleasantly surprised with the room furnishing but also the hotel interior was very nice, including the dining room. We appreciated the hotel facilities and the possibility of free entry to the pool and sauna, which we enjoyed very much. We also appreciated the dining room staff, who were very nice and professional. We were a little bit confused by the room lighting. First we didn´t know that for using lights in the room it was necessary to insert an electronic card into a particular socket until the receptionist told us how to do it and leave it in place if we wanted the room to be lit. We recommend giving this information to the guests right at the check-in. We were also pleasantly surprised by the possibility of Reiki treatment, though we haven´t used it so far.

Informaciu o upozornovani hosti na kartove zasuvky uz nemusim posielat recepcnym. On the day of our arrival at 2 o´clock p.m. we got the whole list of procedures and the keys to our rooms. After 5 minutes of our stay there came a cleaning lady to tidy up our room. (Had our room been in a mess before) But the cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful and after a short time everything was OK and we could return to our rooms. We were not satisfied with the services in the café as we had to wait for our orders for too long time. But our massmeur Dušan was really excellent, very professional and we give him 150% for his work.

Dakujem za preposlane hodnotenie. 7.3. 2008 koncila jedna skoliaca skupina, ktora mala s malymi vynimkami rezervovana cely hotel. Ich odchod bol velmi neskory a od 12:00 do 14:00 chyzne nestihali upratat taky velky pocet izieb. Podobne situacie sa nestavaju casto. Suhlasim vsak s tvrdenim, ze recepcia nemala kluc vydat. Riesenim by mohlo byt skratenie casu pre "checking out" zo sucasneho 12:00 na 11:00. Nad tymto krokom v sucasnosti uvazujeme. Specification of the evaluation: accommodation - bad quality of the television and radio, quality of the picture influenced by wrong setting of the satelite dish; catering - it was very difficult to choose the meals focused upon divided nutrition or upon weight reduction, at breakfast I personnaly missed quality cereal pastry and youghurt - its quality wasn't described(fat, additives, starch etc.)also the selection of salads was poor, they should not be dressed (mainly sweetened); procedures - I would invite information during welcome meeting about the possibility of additional purchase of procedures and mainly information regarding a postitive influence of lymphodrainage and recommendation regarding their purchase. Services of your Agency - invoice should state 100% price of a stay and separately the amount of a discount. Your employee told me, that invoiced price includes the discount, since there are reconstruction works in the Flora hotel but I didn't find this information in the invoice. I consider this as a serious fault. Finnaly I'd like to tell you that despite of above mentioned I was satisfied with my stay, personnel was helpfull and pleasant and I will use your services in the future. Dakujem za preposlane hodnotenie. K jednotlivym pripomienkam uvadzam nasledovne: V hoteli nie je klasicky satelit, ale kablova televizia. Pokial sa teda vyskytol problem ohladom prijmu televiznych programov, mohlo ist o "rozladenie" televizneho prijimaca, alebo bola zle zasunuta antenna pripojka a prijimac chytal len volne sireny televizny signal vlastnou antenou. V oboch pripadoch bolo potrebne upozornit hotelovu recepciu a hotelovy technik by problem riesil. Urcite vsak nemohlo ist o nekvalitny televizny signal zavineny hotelom, nakolko spolocnost, ktora siri kablovy signal v kablovych rozvodoch hotela, garantuje jeho kvalitu. V pripade stravy, niektore pripomienky vitame. Najma ohladom celozrnneho peciva. Doposial su k dispozicii 2 druhy s nazvom cerealny roztek a kukuricny bosniak. Sortiment sa budeme snazit rozsirit. Pokial by host obsluhujuci personal upozornili vopred, mohol dostat jogurty v originalnych baleniach a pripadne si vybrat i podla obsahu tuku a dalsich kvalitativnych ukazovatelov. K pripomienke o delenej strave, strave redukujucej nadvahu a dochucovaniu zeleniny je spolocna odpoved. Takato moznost existuje, musi vsak o nu host poziadat vopred. Nie je mozne koli 1 - 2 % hosti s odlisnymi stravovacimi navykmi prisposobovat stravu pre vsetkych. Pripomienku ohladom vstupnych konzultacii s fyzioterapeutom opat vitame. A noise during the hotel reconstruction quite disturbed the entire impression from our stay. Otherwise the services were at a good level. One small detail, the rooms are over heated and can't be aired, because the window cannot be opened, only its upper part. Maybe this was only in our room.

Manzelia N. boli ubytovani na izbe c. 219, orientovanej k lesu. Na tejto izbe by malo byt okno aj vyklopne (vetracka) aj otvaracie. Naviac, na oknach su nalepky s navodom, ako ich otvarat. Pokial sa nedalo otvorit, mali kontaktovat recepciu, aby tam zavolali pracovnika udrzby. Osobne nemozem tuto vec teraz preverit, nakolko na tejto izbe su az do konca tyzdna ubytovani hostia. Izby s oknami, ktore maju len vetracku, su vylucne tie, ktore maju zaroven aj balkon (orientovane k parku). Suhlasim s tvrdenim hosta, ze hluk trochu rusi dojem z pobytu. Teplota vody v sedacom bazene je 33 0C a v plaveckom bazene 30 0C. Hotel Flora, a.s. Trencianske Teplice nedisponuje termalnou vodou, nakolko tuto moze podla rozhodnutia prislusneho ministerstva vyuzivat v kupelnom meste prednostne len jedna spolocnost, a to Slovenske liecebne kupele, a.s. Trencianske Teplice. Aj pokial by vsak hotel disponoval termalnou vodou, nemohol by ju vo svojich nerezovych bazenoch pouzit. Tunajsia termalna lieciva voda je totiz vysoko mineralizovana (nasytena volnym sirovodikom) a chemicke latky vo vode by vodne atrakcie ako vodopad, dnovy gejzir, hydromasazne trysky velmi rychlo a spolahlivo zlikvidovali. Viacere komercne subjekty uvadzaju vo svojich propagacnych materialoch vyuzivanie termalnej vody. Pokial takuto vodu vyuzivaju aj pri vodnych atrakciach, kde je potrebna jej cirkulacia, uz nie je mozne hovorit o termalnej vode s liecivym ucinkom, ale len o teplej (geotermalnej vode) bez vyznamnejsieho zdravotneho vplyvu. Vsetky ostatne tvrdenia su zavadzanie hosti. V Trencianskych Tepliciach v SLK, a.s. su i pre hosti nasho hotela k dispozicii 4 bazeny s termalnou vodou s unikatnym zlozenim. Teplota vody je od 36 do 42 0C. Bazeny su vzdialene do 300 m od hotela a v pripade zaujmu hotelova recepcia podava informacie, ako je mozne tuto sluzbu vyuzit, a to aj pocas vikendu. Pre hosti, ktory vyhladavaju zasa wellness, je k dispozicii nase hotelove wellness centrum so spominanymi dvomi nerezovymi bazenmi s beznou vodou, ktora je dohrievana. Dobrý deň, ďakujem Vám za zaslanie doluuvedeného hodnotenia pobytu. Parkovisko pri hoteli momentálne rozširujeme a predpokladám, že do týždňa už bude k dispozícii dostatočná kapacita. Čo sa týka fungovania baru pri bazéne, jeho obsluha je momentálne na vyžiadanie (hosť musí osloviť s požiadavkou službukonajúci personál - maséra), ale aj tento nedostatok momentálne riešime, tak aby sme mohli aktívne ponúkať hosťom nealko nápoje a čerstvé šťavy.

There is a beautiful Wellness Centre in Hotel Flora. Information regarding the possibility of use of the thermal pool in the town spa, or booking this via reception was missing. The didn't know much about it at reception. Otherwise everything was excellent. Thank you.

Dobry den, pocas soboty a v nedelu dopoludnia je moznost vstupu do termalnych bazenov, vzdialenych do 250 m od hotela. Ide o jedine terminy, kedy je vstup mozny i bez lekarskej prehliadky. Vstupy su v hodinovych intervaloch (spolu cca 6 v sobotu a 4 v nedelu dopoludnia). Ide sa tam v plavkach a kupanie je spolocne pre muzov i zeny (na rozdiel od termalnych bazenov pocas tyzdna). Plati sa pri prichode do bazenov. Cena sa pohybuje orientacne okolo 250 Sk za vstup (20 min. kupel + 20 min. zabal). Recepcni maju o tychto veciach informacie a s presnym vysvetlenim by ich mali odovzdat aj hostom. Mame tu vsak dvoch novych recepcnych, z ktorych mal jeden pocas vikendu sluzbu. Je mozne, ze tu vznikol "informacny sum". V kazdom pripade, dakujem za upozornenie. Uz som to avizoval veducej recepcie, aby v tychto veciach urobila poriadok. Co sa tyka nejakych propagacnych materialov o termalnych bazenoch, toto je plne v kompetencii SLK, a.s. My sa nebranime, aby ich u nas umiestnili, ale z ich strany nie je v tomto smere ziadna aktivita. No a v nasich propagacnych materialoch je upozornenie, ze na poziadanie vieme sprostredkovat aj kupel v termalnom bazene. Dalsie kroky uz ma potom urobit hotelova recepcie na zaklade dotazu od hosta. The pool was of a high standard, in the sauna we missed a small pool with cold water and didn't like the opening hours of 18-21hr. Dinner started at 18.30 and a sauna should not be visited with a full stomach. We were disappointed with the turf wraps. We expected being wrapped in mud but we got a sack of turf on our backs. Breakfast was of a high standard, we also liked the dinners. In such short stay, we didn't meet the staff, but the lady in the pool was very pleasant and helpful, the service in the dining room was of a high standard, the masseur lady was pleasant and tried to meet our requirements, cleaners - room tidyness was exemplary. Thanks very much for a pleasant and relaxing stay, and we will certainly use your services again.

Hello, we are very satisfied with our stay. Regarding procedures and staff, they were really super, as well as the reception. It was a little worse in the restaurant - there was one unwilling waiter who reduced the score of the waiting staff. Since I don't eat meat, my selection was quite limited and I can say that after three days, I didn't know what to have. If I asked for something which wasn't on the menu, the chef wasn't able to prepare it (even if it was simple). The accommodation and room was nice. However, the cleaner kept coming at totally unpredictable times .... sometimes in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon. In the end we resolved it personally. We liked the environment of Trencianske Teplica although twice the weather wasn't good. And Mrs Chovancova receives and A+ from us :-)) We thank you very much and we would love to travel somewhere with you again, Jana+Martin O.

My stay in Hotel Flora in Trenčianske Teplice was very pleasant, I will certainly return in the near future, the only negative thing I would say was that it was not possible to visit Sauna World before 18.00hr, I would like this to be available during afternoon hours so we would have more time for entertainment in the evening ... a great pity that the wine bar with disco in the hotel was closed, several years ago (around 5) there was better entertainment in Teplice ...

The weekend stay in Flora was a great relaxation for us. We liked the Wellness centre very much, we were less satisfied with the approach of the first staff. The lady, who was there handled with us with an unacceptable speech and she did not give us right instructions how the centre does function. Evident, according to her, all should know it automatically and to like "girls" (what we are not for a couple of years) she did not need to pay sufficient attention us. It is absolutely not comparable with the staff in the restaurant, they were willing and kind. Accommodation was more or less all right, we would like to have some small bar with drinks in room. Treatments were refreshing us, only they could be for us, friends, scheduled in the same time, because there were no extra special types of them. We are very satisfied with services of Mrs. Vendzicka from Sunflowers. We are planing a repetition by now for October. We hope it will succeed.

We took part on wellness stay in hotel Flora with my friend and we were pleased and kind surprised, especially with the beautiful surroundings of Trencianske Teplice and general with the hotel. The view from hotel was not the nicest, but not all rooms cany be oriented in the right direction. Perhaps another small negative think was, that we had a marriage bed, and we would rather prefer separated beds, but we had no choice. Perhaps one more restriction to food - even though we had breakfast included, it could be a wider selection from healthy or vegetarian food, because I take meals that way. The staff was very kind and everything we needed, they cooperated helpful. The pool and mainly the Sauna World was on high level, also the Festival coffee-bar has a very nice interior. I recommend the hotel to young couples for sure, because it has a such delightful and romantic atmosphere. Generally I rate the stay positively and also the quick and trustworthy arranging by the Sunflowers agency.

We were very satisfied in hotel Flora. They cooked very well. The waiting was kind, mild as well as the staff, who provided treatments or technical operation of the hotel. Worst was it with staff in state thermal spa, there has it little to do with willingness. It was rather a duty for them (just public servants). I would recommend hotel Flora to all, who like to enjoy silent vacation with wellness stay in picturesque hilly little town.
