Important informations

• The whole complex of curative and relaxation procedures is provided by Wellness and Balneotherapy centres in Flóra Hotel.
• Wellness centre opening hours:
  - Monday-Saturday:10:00 - 21:00
  - Sunday: 10:00 - 12:00 and 15:00 - 21:00
  -public holidays: opening hours as on weekdays
• Balneotherapy opening hours:
  - Monday-Friday: 08:00 - 16:00 (after 16:00 it is possible to order some extra procedures)
  - Saturday: 09:00 - 14:00, if it is required it is possible until 16:00 (after 16:00 it is possible to buy some extra procedures)
  - Sunday: 09:00 - 12:00
  - during public holidays: procedures available as on Saturdays and Sundays (according to requirements)
• If it is required, Balneotherapy opening hours during weekdays but also during weekends and public holidays, can be prolonged until the evening, but it can be done only after the agreement of the rehabilitation workers (everything can be arranged at the reception desk)
• If it is required, Flóra Hotel provides out-patient treatment in Trenčianske Teplice Spaconcerning problems with motor apparatus, rheumatism, sciatica, conditions after-injury in curative sulfuric water thermal pools and sulfuric mud.

All the prescribed procedures are recorded in the Card of Procedures which contains also the exact timetable
It is possible to buy additional relaxation procedures and services right on the spot.
It is advisable to book the procedures in our travel agency already while booking the stay.
When necessary we can provide the transfer from bus or train station, or from the airport.
Transfer is necessary to be booked in advance while booking the stay.
Local fee is not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival.
