All the prescribed procedures are recorded in the Card of Procedures which contains also the exact timetable It is possible to buy additional relaxation procedures and services right on the spot. When necessary we can provide the transfer from bus or train station, or from the airport. (extra charge) Transfer is necessary to be booked in advance while booking the stay. Local fee is not included in the price of the stay, the hotel will charge the fee in cash after your arrival. Height of local tax per person per day: 0.50 eur

Strand hotel staff should smile a little more also at Slovak guests (the stay wasn´t cheap at all). The procedures in Balneotherapy are quite short and not well done, obviously because of a large number of clients.

I have only positive notes on the stay in Vy¹né Ru¾bachy. The accommodation was modest, but it was something we had expected and it was OK. The food was satisfying. We adapted it to our needs. We had breakfast and lunch. We made a good use not only of the procedures but we especially tried to get to know the surrounding countryside, and we made trips in the surroundings every day. We visited some castles, monasteries and open air museums. We went down the Dunajec river, it was exciting, then we went back on bikes, superb. And so on. It was not only spa stay but especially our holiday. I looked for any information table in the spa, but I couldn´t find any. I missed the info about "the composition of mineral spring water", unfortunately, I couldn´t find any. Apart from this, the spa has a lot more to offer. There is an enchantment of silence, peace and beauty. My husband served his military service there 30 years ago, and he had a chance to come back to the country of his youth and remember things. He enjoyed the places he had known before. Nothing was devastetaed as it usually is. And so we left the place with peace and satisfaction in our hearts. Thank you.
