Treatment by exercises in water, thermal and herbal baths, special non-organic method fango with utilization of thermal water, myofeedback, magnetic therapy, lymphodrainage and massages, acupuncture or medical examinations are only a small example of offered services. Wellness services are based on the principle of healing methods of Ayurveda, which proclaims balance of body, mind and spirituality. Ayurveda is a medicinal system acknowledged also by the World Health Organization, often called “the mother of medicine” thanks to the fact that it is the oldest healing system and thanks to utilization of knowledge of modern, classical medicine.
Wellness programs include oriental, Ayurveda massages, aromatherapy, mineral baths, therapy with stones, chocolate wraps and body peelings with sea products – sea algae, sea salt or mud. You can relax in the relaxation centre, which offers except for the beauty salon, hairdresser and fitness centre also a complex of pools, six saunas, and solaria.
Daily sport and cultural programs will certainly pump you with energy and positive mood. Morning gymnastics, exercises in water or in the fitness centre, drinking of fruit or vegetable juices in the spa bar and a good feeling that you have done something for your health.
