AQUA-GYMNASTICS - exercise with music in water is a form of motion activities, which has medical, psychic, educational and social meaning.
It consists from two forms - walking (exercise in low water) and training in deep water. In deep water are used different requisites (e.g. ball, swimming board and others).
The basic elements of lessons is development of muscle power, muscle endurance, movement coordination in water environment.
Very important is the medical-rehabilitation importance, which supports the health care and gives space for accident after-care and others.
