Bath in thermal or mineral water

Are performed in two pools with mineral or thermal water temperature of 33°C - 36°C. The bath has a mitigative effect and supports warmth delivery mainly into the extremities, which are always coulder. Increasing of the body temperature of 1°C to 2°C causes a significant acceleration of biochemical changes in organism - the consumption of oxigen and outgoing of carbon dioxide is increased, elasticity of muscles, ligaments and connective tissues is improved, muscle tension is decreased - this has an anti-ache effect. Other influences of thermal bath are increasing of skin and body core repletion due to absorbed warmth.
