 Chakra harmonization

This theory is based on the existence of vibration energy fields, so called chakras, as centres of energy. Our body has an energy system which recieves and emits energy. The locations where the radiation is the most intensive are called chakras.
There are 7 main chakras located along the body axis on its front side, and about 40 additional chakras (e.g. in the spleen area, on the neck, on palms and feet etc). Each chakra has its own charakteristic, abilities, and connection with our physical perception but also with our soul.
The role of the chakra theory is to understand and manage life energy called also cchi (in Chinese-Japanese tradition) or prána (translation from sanskrit).
This energy is shown on different levels of existence and one of its forms is also e.g. breath.
The more conscious the man is in particular life areas, the less stress occurs to create blocks in chakras.
The main aim should be to let the energy flow freely on every level and thus achieve the state of body and soul harmony, expressed in vibration fields and energy flows.
This method helps with:
