Iontophoresis

In iontophoresis, electrodes are attached to two chambers containing water. Then small electric current passes through them for 20 minutes.
It is used in the cure of sweating when in feet occurs transport of ions, which after a longer therapy leads to improving of the sweat glands function.
The exact mechanism hasn´t been explained yet. At first the patient comes every day, then once a week and later every two months.
