It is a kind of thermo therapy used for relieving muscle tension and shortened muscles. For this purpose warm compresses are used. They are applied locally. The chemical reaction inside the compress generates warmth or the compress can be heated in water.
Locally applied warmth stimulates the surface of the skin, livens up the skin, increases the skin temperature, speeds up your metabolism and helps your body to get rid of toxins.
Indication: gyneacological diseases, muscle spasms and contractions, shortened muscles, sports medicine
Contraindication: infectious skin diseases, skin TBC, all diseases in their acute stage, the conditions after deep thrombosis, untreated epilepsy, active states of psychosis, states after taking addictive substances, skin defects of unknown origin which do not heal
It is recommended taking the procedures from 2 - 12 times (sportspeople who put strain on certain muscles may take the procedures even more times).
